Became an solo-entrepreneur to found his own studio, N2 Pole Studio (2016-2022), trained and led a team of staffs and instructors. 

Besides coaching and leading teams representing Hong Kong to compete in different international pole competitions since 2016, Narlton has also taught different celebrities for shows and events. 

In 2023, Narlton moved to Montreal to continue his career path in performing and coaching. He graduated from L'école national de cirque and work at there as a trainer, specialized in Pole Art, Aerial Pole, Handbalancing, Contortion and Aerial Strap.
